monument hill in la grange - it was so nice i hiked it twice!! 

if you ever find yourself in the lost pines area east of austin tx, i recommend this picturesque view.  

it's a small hike down to the historic rock brewery, but definitely worth the trek, all you need is your camera, water and a few friends.
